Hospitality Vision
Swissotel Poiana Brasov is designed as an emblematic mountain hospitality destination, combining Swiss hospitality standards, sustainability and comfort with the presence of the Carpathian landscape.
The project integrates hospitality, long-term asset value and destination positioning within one of Romania’s strongest mountain resort markets.
Architecture and Delivery
Developed around quiet luxury, wellness and contextual design, the project combines an international hospitality standard with a contemporary interpretation of Transylvanian identity.
Phase 1 includes 64 rooms. The broader project team brings together architecture, structure, installations, facade execution, project management and landscape design disciplines.
Recognition
The project received the Best Hotel Architecture Concept Gold Award at TopHotel Awards 2025 and competed in the 2024 Annual Architecture exhibition for interior design.
